Great Salesman, Great Management I Purchased a nice used vehicle 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha (a very limited highly sought after version of a plane truck) I'm from Mass and it's about 5 hour I Purchased a nice used vehicle 2008 Hummer H3 Alpha (a very limited highly sought after version of a plane truck) I'm from Mass and it's about 5 hours away, so Based on reviews and the fact they are a BMW dealer, I had hoped everything would be quick, east fast and honest. I delt with Paul Wilman who was excellent. He was fast and responsive and got whatever I needed. Great sales experience. The way you truly measure a dealership is NOT by them having a problem or issue. It's almost guaranteed to happen, but how they handle the situation. I had a few decent sized issues, some that most dealerships would have told you, you are beyond help. However DCH stepped up and resolved all of them. I am now more than happy to recommend them to any one. I have told my friends of my story shocked at the outcome with DCH going above and beyond to make me happy. In the end, I have a great Truck that I'm very happy about, it looked as good as the pictures when I got it and the price was the best on the internet. Even though they are 500 miles away, I will start with them on my next vehicle purchase. More
