Excellent experience! I found a car that interested me in BMW of Bloomfield and scheduled app. to see it. Nicole greeted us and introduced us to Ron. Originally I wanted to I found a car that interested me in BMW of Bloomfield and scheduled app. to see it. Nicole greeted us and introduced us to Ron. Originally I wanted to look at 2014 5 series. I saw a 2016 5 series model that I loved. Ron worked with me and helped me to get a great price on it. I wanted to add precertification and he made that possible for only a portion of the original fee. It was a great pleasure to work with him. I would recommend him to anybody without any hesitation. He made our whole experience nice and easy. When we returned to finalized the paperwork and pick up the car everything was ready and waiting for us. He was friendly, with a great sense of humor and pleasure to work with. You can clearly sense he loves what he does and wants to help his customers get the best experience they possibly can. I love my car and can not thank Ron enough for taking such a great care of us! More

Excellent service! So today I walked in to the BMW of Bloomfield and was confronted by Ron Humphrey. He greeted me very professionally and explained the difference between these 2 vechicles that stood out. Mr. Humphrey was very patient and he wasn't those type of salesmen that are pushy and want the sale. Not only is he an amazing BMW salesman, I noticed that he is a firefighter and a army veteran. Thank you Ron Humphrey for your service. Anyways I ended up buying the X5. This was a awesome experience! I recommend anyone to speak with Ron Humphrey if you are looking to buy a BMW.
