An amazing and honest experience! As soon as I walked into BMW of Bloomfield I was greeted by the nice receptionist who confirmed my appointment with a salesman named Tony Braich. I wa As soon as I walked into BMW of Bloomfield I was greeted by the nice receptionist who confirmed my appointment with a salesman named Tony Braich. I was a little bit nervous walking into this dealership, because I had just some negative experiences with other ones in the area in previous days that didn't leave me too optimistic but her welcome made me feel at ease (take note Paul Miller BMW). I met Tony Braich and right from the start he was honest, straightforward, and kind. He listened to what I wanted, didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time, and got me the exact car I was looking for. I literally sat at his desk maybe for 30 minutes the most, and he came back with the numbers I was looking for and the exact car I wanted. The whole process took 30 minutes or less. Between that day and officially picking up my new car, Tony kept in constant contact with me and answered every question (however annoying and OCD-related it might have been LOL) professionally and honestly. I really, really enjoyed my experience here, and would honestly and whole-heartidly recommend this establishment to my friends and family. There was no back and forth or haggling or trying to sell extra things-I loved that-it was just very to the point and direct. Exactly what I wanted, so thank you all so much to BMW of Bloomfield, especially Tony Braich. You've all definitely retained me as a future client. -Onur More

Very disrespectful if he doesn't get his way Paul Wilman was very helpful at first but only lasted until I solved the puzzle. Car only had 200 more miles until the warranty was over and when I asked questions about it, Paul got really uncomfortable. It seemed like he just wanted to sell the car and didn't care if something was wrong with the car or not. When I decided not to go forward with it, he said and I quote "YOU JUST WASTED MY TIME. NEXT TIME EDUCATE YOURSELF AND DON'T WASTE MY TIME". I didn't reply back anything out of respect. However, other sales people didn't seem to care he was talking that way to the customer. More
