Amazing Service!!!! Let me start this review by saying I would recommend BMW of Bloomfield and William Hamilton to ANY and EVERYONE! I purchased a 428i from William Hami Let me start this review by saying I would recommend BMW of Bloomfield and William Hamilton to ANY and EVERYONE! I purchased a 428i from William Hamilton the end of August, as luck would have it; the car was in an accident and unfortunately totaled. ( yes, very sad) However, something wonderful came out of a terrible situation, all because Bill is an amazing Client Ad visor. I called him once my insurance company deemed the 428i a total loss and he must have heard the sadness in my voice because he jumped right into action! Bill took control of the situation, he contacted my insurance company to get all paperwork done and he found me the deal of my life! His consistency and dedication to making the situation seamless is something I will never forget. He kept me abreast through out the entire process. I picked my new X6 up that same day! The car is beautiful and I didn't have to wait! I couldn't be happier!!! Kudos to BMW of Bloomfield and to William Hamilton for an Awesome experience! Thank you!!!! Kathy More
