I've been driving BMWs for 10 years and I still get worked up and get ready to battle with these dealers! So I changed to BMW of Bloomfield, met Amy and WOW what a difference in service, care, and honesty. She was upfront with the numbers and my questions about the numbers instead of all the standard dealer tricks. My new M4 is perfect! And the follow-up service from the BMW of Bloomfield staff was very pleasant. I look forward to working with Amy again! More

This service was quoted as taking approximately two h Had the distinct displeasure of having my car's first service performed at Bloomfield BMW today. This service was quoted as taking approximately two hours... It amounted to essentially an oil change and inspection. My wife and I dropped our car off', on time, at our scheduled appointment of 8AM. At this time we met with a customer service(CSR)rep who informed us he would call when our vehicle was completed. We also corrected some personal information which was incorrect in their computer system, an old home address and email address. At approximately 3:45PM having not heard from Bloomfield BMW I called our CSR and was connected to his voice mail at which time I requested he call me promptly.. At approximately 4:30PM I again called Bloomfield BMW but went through the switchboard and was transferred into the service department. A young man answered the phone and inquired who our CSR was. When I named him he said that he was with a customer and that he would have him call me back. At 5:45PM I went to Bloomfield BMW. At this point they had my car for almost ten hours. When I arrived I asked to speak to a. Manager... They refused...and in fact I am not even sure there is a service manager. The staff was rude and disrespectful and I observed them laughing when they realized that my CSR had gone home early and no one was assigned my case. Don't waste your time on this clown show! No customer service, no management and administration, and a bunch of rude, disrespectful employees. Go anywhere else and avoid Bloomfield BMW at all costs!!! BTW my paperwork had the old address and email on it....they cannot perform even the simplest of tasks---I seriously wonder if they even changed the oil in my car! Buffoons and idiots the whole lot of them! More

Customer Service Completely mislead and overpaid for a CPO BMW which should never have been sold as certified. I will never recommend this dealership for any reason. The service manager told me to call a different dealership to get answers. It was the best service I've received from them since the salesman helped me find a great, lunbeknownst to him misrepresented by the certification dept,) - car. Since the moment papers were signed they've excelled in giving the runaround and the art of evading customers. There are a number of great BMW dealers in NY/NJ. Bloomfield is not one of them. Very disappointing. So much time wasted. No resolutions. Can't wait to be done with this dealership for good. More
Terrible experience. Total lack of effort and communication I went there with my wife to look at a BMW X5. The car is for her. While I was very candid about my credit situation, they assured me that they would I went there with my wife to look at a BMW X5. The car is for her. While I was very candid about my credit situation, they assured me that they would get a deal done for me. Went there on a Saturday and they told me that the credit people for BMW USA were not in till Monday. I was initially declined, but the finance guy assured me that he could help us, and that he would call me on Monday. No one called me back on Monday. Left several messages for our salesman who I guess lost interest in us since we weren't ready to make a deal till our present lease is up in July. When the salesman finally got back to me after at least 3 voicemails and 3 days of trying, he told me that the dealers in house finance guy was off and that he would call me the next day after they both spoke. No phone call. A few days later I call the dealer and speak to someone from Internet sales and express my displeasure in their treatment of my wife and I. She apologizes and tells me that she will make sure he calls me today. Well guess what, no phone call again. I understand if you can't get a deal done for me due to my situation, but at least have the decency to call back and say so. I have never had an experience like this ever. Since this experience, I have actually decided against the X5 as a possible vehicle for us. Poor customer service to say the least. I finally received a phone call at about 8:30 am 04/25/16 from my salesman. Didnt bother to listen to the message since its been 9 days since i went there to try to purchase the vehicle and iwas badically forgotten about. I would never reccomend this dealer to anyone. I went to Prestige BMW and i was treated wonderfully by their people. More
