no respect, no credibility, no customer service AT ALL! Had an appointment with CA Howard Wu, a typical salesperson, only worried about his needs rather than customers. Always ignore my voice messages and never call me back if he missed my call. Frustrating customer service. NEVER deal with him and this dealership again! More

Amy MaCartney: simply the best sales person in the world! I have been to about 7 BMW dealerships in the tri-state area. None better than Bloomfield and the reason for that is Amy MaCartney. I have walked into I have been to about 7 BMW dealerships in the tri-state area. None better than Bloomfield and the reason for that is Amy MaCartney. I have walked into dealerships and not been greeted or even acknowledged by sales (white plains). At Bloomfield Amy made me feel at home and treated me with respect from minute one. Her knowledge of the vehicle i purchased is unmatched, not to mention her charisma and ability to connect with my wife...every one knows happy wife, happy life. Aside from how great of a person she is her business sense was very sharp and even though she had to do her job i always got the sense she was looking to cut a fair deal no matter what. Very different from spring Valley, Springfield, or tenafly whom i already bought a 3 series from. Im very loyal so you will never see me at tenafly ever again lol. Amy explained all my options and guided me though the whole process so trust me when i say she is the best. Easily outclassed and outperformed all BMW salesmen i have ever dealt with, I'm so happy with my 4 series and above all so happy with Amy MaCartney and the buying experience i had at Bloomfield BMW. Seamless and Highly Satistfied with Tony I'm a car guy and there is nothing more frustrating to me than to go through the process working with a salesman that knows nothing about the car. T I'm a car guy and there is nothing more frustrating to me than to go through the process working with a salesman that knows nothing about the car. That was not the case at BMW of Bloomfield. When I called I requested to speak with a salesman who knows the product well. They connected me immediately with Tony Braich. Not only does Tony know the product, he worked harder on this deal than any other dealer I involved with the sale. I ordered an X5 and spent months visiting different dealers to view specific options that I was considering for my order. Tony went above and beyond to assist me with my order. He located cars at different dealers so that I could see what I was looking for. All of these dealers were given the opportunity at the sale. Each time I called I requested someone who knows the product well and none of the other dealers could deliver a sales person with product knowledge. When it came down to the sale, I was offered an irresistible price and BMW of Bloomfield met the price. I had worked with a different dealer on my last lease and one of the things I was frustrated with was the products that dealers try to sell you once you reach the deal. I requested to Tony that I not be bothered with post sale product pitch and he made sure that didn't happen. I didn't even have to work with a separate finance person during the sale. Tony did it all. When I came in for plates and a few accessories, Tony was there to make sure I was taken care of. I look forward working with Tony when the lease on the X5 expires. More

Great car buying experience for a very nervous buyer. I recently purchased a CPO 328ix from BMW and am loving every minute of driving the car! (just as my sales guy Bill promised). As a young female prof I recently purchased a CPO 328ix from BMW and am loving every minute of driving the car! (just as my sales guy Bill promised). As a young female professional, I was very very wary of car dealerships and car dealers. After I contacted the dealership, I heard back from Bill within a few hours. I was impressed with his promptness. I sent my dad to see the car first on a Wednesday (having had not so great experiences with salesmen who assume that, as a woman, I know nothing about cars or money lol). Dad called from the dealership with Bill on the phone and I felt immediately at ease, he was straightforward and answered my questions (all 1,000 of them) over the phone. Even though he knew I would not be able to make it in until the weekend, he did not make an effort to pressure me into spending any money on a car I had yet to see in person. He simply said he'd make sure she was there so I could test drive on Saturday. During the test drive and negotiation of my trade Bill was knowledgeable, straightforward, and quite sensitive to avoiding the appearance of pressuring me (on a busy Saturday during Holiday season!!). This is the first car I have ever financed (have previously paid cash), so I did a LOT of homework. Bill anticipated my disappointment with the value of my trade-in (there was a nasty surprise on the Carfax, I had bought from a less reputable source and learned my lesson), but he was able to get their offer up to something I could work with. He handed me over to David in financing who had an equally straightforward and helpful vibe. I had come in with pre-approved financing and despite the unexpected blow on my trade-in value, David was able to find me lower interest rate to get me where I wanted to be. Overall, Bill and David have changed my outlook on car dealerships (well, this one at least). They made the process as easy and comfortable as possible. I brought both my parents with me for moral support and they were similarly impressed (hard to do with my Dad). Their professionalism, patience and courteousness made a big difference and communicated an understanding that making this kind of financial commitment with one's hard earned cash is a hefty decision...even when the product you're selling is as exceptional as my new baby ;). Bill, David and BMW of Bloomfield definitely earned my business, and I'm actually looking forward to doing business with them in the future. When my friends are in the market I will probably send them to Bill first! P.S. I would have given five stars for customer service based on Bill, David, and the Manager who was on site that day (I've forgotten his name, sorry!), but the receptionist was surprisingly unfriendly, unhelpful, and disinterested. It was a shocking contrast to the excellence of the rest of the experience so her attitude stood out. More

Best car buying experience ever. My wife and I had been shopping off and on for a luxury touring car for about eight months. During that time, we dealt with at least a dozen dealersh My wife and I had been shopping off and on for a luxury touring car for about eight months. During that time, we dealt with at least a dozen dealerships in some way or another. When we finally decided to take the plunge and shell out the money for a new 2016 535xi Gran Turismo, I contacted two local dealerships in upstate NY plus Tony Braich at BMW of Bloomfield. I met Tony early in the process when I test drove an X5 with night vision and was impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness, and even though I preferred to buy the car locally, I felt that Tony had earned my business. In fact, he let me know about a $1,000 BMW incentive program that the others had not. I let everyone know going in that I was going to be tough-minded about price. I made my offer and Tony immediately met it – no haggling. One dealership totally dropped the ball and got back to me a week later (too late for me to take advantage of the BMW incentive) and when the other one eventually did, their offer was $2K higher. From that point on, it was smooth sailing and I never had to talk to anyone else at the dealership – it was all Tony… never any pressure and totally flexible. Tony helped me track the production and shipment and as soon as it was delivered to Newark, he was on it; the car came off the boat on a Friday and I had it the following Tuesday. All the paperwork was done efficiently and correctly (not always the case in my experience), I found no issues with the way the car was prepped and Tony spent about an hour and half carefully explaining the features of the car before I drove off. A great experience! More
