When I first came in I was greeted by a nice receptionist who called a salesmen over to help me. That salesmen name was Bill Hamilton. He was very straightforward and helped us find the right car for my girlfriend without wasting our time like alot of other dealers. Bill not only got to her payment goals but with the help of his management did it without breaking the bank or having us go back and forth for hours of negotiations. She ended up loving the car and enjoying the experience but ended up going with another vehicle that was just less money overall. However, we both said that Bill was the best salesmen we had dealt with during this process (Better than the one we purchased from). More

I was very interested in getting into a new 3 series and broke my own rule and headed out to bloomfield BMW. I was helped by Amy Macartney and I expressed my apprehension right off the bat. She was beyond understanding and did everything in her power to expedite the process. Not only was she able to hasten the process, she was extremely knowledgable and helped get me into the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. The whole thing was much more pain free than I had envisioned on my way to the dealership. Amy was key in changing my view of entire process and I will definitely be returning at the duration of my lease. More

As my husband and I went into lease a 3 series, we were so impressed with the deals provided that I had the pleasure of working with Jon Del Franco. As my husband and I went into lease a 3 series, we were so impressed with the deals provided that we ended up leasing a 5 series as well. Jon didn't rush the process, but helped us get into the cars we both were looking for. I recommend this place for a great buying experience, and Jon Del Franco for any assistance needed. 5 Stars all the way. More

Best deal in tri-state area, and down to earth sales! I was in the market for a new car, and had my eye set on the 2015 BMW 428i gran coupe. I like to do research and shopping via the internet (look at m I was in the market for a new car, and had my eye set on the 2015 BMW 428i gran coupe. I like to do research and shopping via the internet (look at models through TrueCar, KBB, dealer sites). After deciding that a lease would be best for my budget, I searched the entire tri-state inventory for this end of year make and model. Most dealers I found attempted to 1) Not discount the year end model appropriately to current market rates or 2) jack up the money factor (even with MSD's against it). Each I contacted said I "had to come in" in order to truly "work the numbers". No thank you, been there, done that. After firming up my proposed quote with many other dealers, I called upon BMW of Bloomfield and presented them with my proposal for a lease of this car (via a spreadsheet with all of the lease particulars - negotiated cap cost, msd's, money factor, etc). To my surprise, I received a reply back that they could actually do BETTER than what I was proposing. Not much better mind you, but I had already skinned this down pretty good. What sold me is that they actually offered to do better!Most dealers would have said, "ok, we can do it" and pocketed the difference. I was ready to go in and get the car, but not having put a deposit down on it, it sold within two days of my inquiry. Initially, I thought it was some type of cover-up by them to getting out of my super deal, but they then told me they could find the car and bring it in for me at the same offer. I could go to a sign and drive event and get some credit against the trans cost to bring it in. Another plus...they offer solutions and honor their word! I was assigned to Amy Macartney to hunt down the vehicle of my choice. We worked together over the next week or so in contacting various dealers until they finally found one willing to ship the new car to them. Amy was courteous, responsive, and diligent in the search. She is far for the prototypical "make the deal" salesperson, and I couldn't have been more fortunate to have her leading this charge. Her understanding of the wide variety of customer emotions throughout this process made me feel more like I was dealing with a friend. I can't say everyone will have this type of experience, but if you are fortunate enough to have Amy assist you with your purchase, you stand a better chance than not of having similar thoughts. Thank you again to the dealership for finding and delivering a beautiful car - and for putting up with my two little ones during the car orientation! You all have earned my business. Joe More

Tony went above and beyond what I've typically considered the role of a car salesman. Tony is a true enthusiast and incredibly knowledgeable about the BMW products. He jumped through quite a few hoops both locally and at BMW corporate to ensure that my vehicle was ordered, built, delivered, and priced in the exact specification I desired. For perspective, I visited or spoke with at least 10 local dealers and 15+ national dealers and I received the best service and pricing from BMW of Bloomfield. The service didn't end with Tony. Most car buyers dread meeting with the finance manager to finalize the deal...and I was part of that group. Until Tony introduced me to David Jones, one of the finance managers at BMW of Bloomfield. David picked up right where Tony left off. I was never pressured into any additional packages and he was quick and efficient with the paperwork, another true friend to the BMW enthusiast. It was truly an excellent buying experience and one that I'll be quick to recommend to friends and family in the market. More

He shows me my options with the budget I had in mind and calls me when he finds new deal. Really patient with my decision and never pressure me to purchase right away.
