Upon coming in, we were soon able to test drive the car with Henry (despite his busy schedule), & we were never rushed when talking about the price, the defects/the details of the Carfax report, etc. Myself, being 16, a lot of it went over my head, but he kept me in the loop and thoroughly explained everything while being upbeat which made the process very painless for myself & for my family. We were also given a memento of this BMW dealership which was very awesome. We'd defiantly come back again if another car catches our eye. More

Service my 2012 5.28i I bring my 2012 5.28i for service due to concern with brakes. after keeping my car for over night, next day receive call from service adviser that my I bring my 2012 5.28i for service due to concern with brakes. after keeping my car for over night, next day receive call from service adviser that my front rims are bend and rear tires are worn out. I have less than 28000 miles on car and i bought brand new. estimate was over $2000. I didn't approve any repair. I bring my car next week to BMW of Tenafly. They notice that breaks are bad again. They replace break without any charge since car still under 4 year mfg warranty. Try to call service manager last 2 days, no response. Will never go back to this dealership. More
