If you are looking for someone who is easy going, patient, listens well and gets the job done, then Tony Braich is the way to go! For finance we worked with Ivan Romero who really is knowledgeable and made the finance process as easy as possible. He explained everything thoroughly and we were in and out the door! Great buying experience This is my 3rd return visit to BMW of Bloomfield to purchase a car. There is no comparison to ANY other dealership. They are the BEST in the industry! Henry was curteous, professional and knowledgable. He listened to my requests and was instrumental in helping me find the perfect 328i. David was very thorough with the paperwork and Jim did a great job going over the features of the car, The experience was effortless and such a pleasure. I left the dealership completely confident that once again I made the right choice going back to Bloomfield. I highly recommend Henry and the rest of the staff at BMW of Bloomfield. More

After countless trips to the dealership, the ca What a nightmare having to deal with service department at this dealership. Terrible customer service! After countless trips to the dealership, the car was returned after fixing the problem with suspension but I found out later that air conditioning fan was not working. And the unpleasant attitude that we were shown at the dealership after reporting that was a bonus. My car was towed in to this dealership because of pothole damage. Unfortunately, it was the closest one to where the car broke down. It took them two weeks to fix it during which all the calls/voice mails to get the status went unanswered. When I finally went to pick up the car, the girl at the counter told me to wait while they bring the car. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked her where the car was and she rudely told me "they are bringing it". A few minutes later another rep asked us what we were waiting for. When we told him, he went to check and the keys were still hanging in the key drawer. No one was bringing the car while we were waiting there like idiots all this time. After bringing the car home, I didn't drive it for a couple of days, but when I did, I found out that climate control fan was not working, which means no heating or air conditioning. I called the rep who was working with us, but as usual, the calls and voice mails went unanswered. I drove 45 minutes to get to dealership to report it and they turned me away saying that there was no technician available and I would have to come back another time. The next day, I left a message for the manager to report this and asked for help to fix this. He told me to bring the car in the evening. I asked if I have to leave the car overnight, would he be able to give me a loaner? He said he will try to squeeze us in. Unfortunately,l trusted him and took it as a yes. When we brought the car in, we were treated with extreme rudeness by the manager, Peter. He told us to wait in the office, spent a couple of minutes inside the car, and came back and said, "we didn't do anything to your car. your blow motor is broken" and went away. I wonder how he was able to figure this out in a couple of minutes. And even if the motor it broken and I find this out a couple of days later after bringing it from the dealership( during which I didnt turn the fan on ), should I have to pay for the repair? When I asked them for the loaner since I would have to leave the car, I was told they didn't promise me the loaner on the phone - right to my face. So I just drove out of there without leaving my car with them. Because I felt this was what I was indirectly being told to do through the attitude. If you are thinking of bringing your car here for service, my advice would be to stay away at all costs. And if you do bring it in, check that every single thing is working before driving it out of the dealership. More
