I was in the market for a new 3 Series and had originally gone to a deale This was, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was in the market for a new 3 Series and had originally gone to a dealership that was slightly closer to my home. While I do not wish to reveal their name, I will say that I waited for fifteen minutes before anyone even greeted me and the salesman I worked with was playing around on his phone half the time we talked. My experience at BMW of Bloomfield was night and day compared to this. I originally worked with Amy, who I found to be not only honest and willing to help, but also a fun person to talk to in general. I was given a bottle of water and offered coffee. I was invited to a wine tasting event. I felt like this deslership was what BMW sales should be all about. After working with Amy and agreeing on a price that I felt was practically untouchable for other dealerships (even the first one was thousands higher), I settled the details with Henry. Henry made the process painless and was also excellent at giving me an in-depth course on how to work all of the electronics in my new car. Ivan was in charge of the financing paperwork and I appreciate the fact that he did not oversell anything, but rather let me make my own choices at my own pace. Overall I am very satisfied and I can guarantee my repeat business. More

shockingly bad sales experience Called the dealership several days ago to arrange a visit and a test drive. Arrived for my 11:45 appt on time and was introduced to a sales associate. It was clear that none of the information I gave earlier this week had been communicated to the sales person, so I reiterated my interest and confirmed my desire to test drive a 7-series. I was informed that it might be a 15 minute wait while they located the car. After waiting for a full hour, during which I was given no updates, I informed the desk staff that I would have to come back later. When they showed little interest in the situation, I inquired as to who the sales manager was. The two gentlemen behind the counter told me they were co-managers. I asked for an explanation as to why someone would have to wait for an hour after going to the trouble to make an appointment, and neither even attempted an explanation, let alone offered an apology. No one even tried to get my name and contact info. I will take my business elsewhere since clearly BMW of Bloomfield doesn't need it. More

A memorable, yet fun Sales experience! I did my research and knew the exact car I wanted. All roads led to DCH BMW at Bloomfield. Within an hour of sending an online inquiry for the car, I received a call from Paul. Twenty-four hours later, i was at the dealership, negotiating for the car. Things moved so quickly! At the end of the day, I am very happy to had a very professional Sales experience with Paul. Great Experience - BMW DCH Dealership good morning, My husband, Ricardo and I purchased an X5 BMW at DCH in Bloomfield. Paul Wilman, our sales person was honest & upfront with us and told good morning, My husband, Ricardo and I purchased an X5 BMW at DCH in Bloomfield. Paul Wilman, our sales person was honest & upfront with us and told us how long it would take for the production of the car (6 weeks) and gave us his personal experience on which packages are better for the X5 since he owns a X5 as well. Having someone be so honest with us about the vehicle made the experience of leasing the car so much better for us and the decision to Select the X5 so much easier for us.. This is my second purchase at this BMW dealership in Bloomfield. Great experience, very friendly staff especially sales and finance employees. Keep up the great work BMW.. Christian was very professional and friendly in his approach, he was very thorough with information and very accommodating to my busy schedule. There was no deviation from what was advertised online and the physical car; which is also a relief as many dealers have fake specials online to attract customers to their stores. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone as they are genuinely interested in satisfying the customers wants and needs vs just reaching a certain sales quota. More
