Horrible Rude Internet Client Advisor This has to be my worst experience with a car dealership. STAY AWAY - PERIOD. I was contacted initially by Amy Macartney who seems to have pulled my c This has to be my worst experience with a car dealership. STAY AWAY - PERIOD. I was contacted initially by Amy Macartney who seems to have pulled my contact details from their sister dealership of BMW of Freehold. She kept on insisting over the call that she can beat the price of any dealership in NJ and I should go to her with the lowest price I am being offered at other dealership and she'll beat it. I repeatedly asked her to give me a quote like the other dealerships which she always avoided. When I told her that I wont consider Bloomfield if I don't receive a quote from her, she was flat out rude and told me that she doesn't trust me that I am serious about buying a car. She kept on telling that I am making a silly, stupid decision by not considering her dealership. Guess what lady - I am serious about buying the car and I booked the same from BMW Bridgewater the very same day. I cannot imagine the experience I would have had if I would have gone with Bloomfield and the service experience given the bad customer service I received at the very first interaction. Its surprising that someone in her job role would lack people skills to such an extent. More
