Water pump issue Sometimes things just go wrong, and I guess this was one of those times. It took 3 weeks to resolve what appeared to be a water pump issue with my ca Sometimes things just go wrong, and I guess this was one of those times. It took 3 weeks to resolve what appeared to be a water pump issue with my car. I was eventually told a wiring harness was to blame. We got off to a bad start and it took much longer to resolve than should be the case. I struggled to get hold of someone when needed, and no one reached out to me. The good news is that the staff was always friendly and after initially replacing the water pump did not resolve the issue, the dealership replaced the harness free of charge to me. My car is running warmer than normal, but it is not overheating. I guess I'll know in time, but for now we are good. I hate to give people a bad review especially if they have put some effort forth to remedy the situation. More

When I was not able to find what I was looking for (in my price range) I was thinking of giving it a pass but due to Paul's great attitude and willingness to work around my parameters, I ended up leaving with a good condition 2011 CPO 535i. I absolutely love the car and had it not been for Paul's and Ivan's great work I would have missed out on a great deal! Thanks to both of them in making this happen. My purchase went smoothly and I am loving my 535i and would definitely recommend BMW of Bloomfield to everyone. Bloomfield just got themselves a new loyal customer :-) Cheers AK More
