Bad quality work My VANOS was replaced in June this year. The next day the car overheated because a coolant hose was not connected properly (car had to be towed for t My VANOS was replaced in June this year. The next day the car overheated because a coolant hose was not connected properly (car had to be towed for this). This week I had to have the water pump and thermostat replaced. Initially they wanted to charge me $1733 (before taxes) for this with an oil change ($145) and the diagnostic test ($89). I ended up paying $1291. How can they start at $1850 (with taxes) and end at $1300? My point is they first try to rip you off. Today my car is back in the shop because on the 2nd time I drove it after the fix, it is overheating again. From when I got it, it was running about 50 degrees warmer than before the replacement. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would not take my car back to them ever again. More

I made an appointment for a test drive for later that day. I then drove almost 3 hours from my home in upstate NY to Bloomfield. I was not disappointed! Pawel was very knowledgeable & extremely pleasant to deal with. This was my first time driving a BMW so Pawel took extra care to point out all the special features about the X3. Horrible !! BMW of Bloomfield is the worst location in the area! I will never again go there again, their custom service rude and unhelpful, its seem like they !! I will never again go there again, their custom service rude and unhelpful, its seem like they are doing you a favor talking to you or doing anything extra. They have no understanding what is good customer service is, when you ask for management they always try to find a reason not to talk to them. I would really like to tell this to the management of BMW of Broomfield, they absolutely ruined a perfect image of BMW company for me. Never again you will see me at your location, and i would not recommend anyone going there! More
