They don't care about their clients, just the deal I went to this dealer to purchase a pre-owned wednesday and they couldn't find the key. I came back on Friday when they had the key but the car had no I went to this dealer to purchase a pre-owned wednesday and they couldn't find the key. I came back on Friday when they had the key but the car had not been inspected and detailed so I told them I would come pick it up Saturday. I woke up Saturday morning to a text from my salesman that the car had been sold by the manager that had assisted on my sale earlier that day. Great job BMW bloomfield, really looking out for your clients. More

Almost convinced my car was normal Originally brought my car from Ocbmw but live in nj so when service is due I took my car to bmw of Bloomfield and they service is horrible everytime m Originally brought my car from Ocbmw but live in nj so when service is due I took my car to bmw of Bloomfield and they service is horrible everytime my car went in it came out with a problem also damaged panels and seat scratches and they tryed to tell me that my seatbelt not working is Normal but thanks to Ocbmw that fixed my seatbelt on one try plus came all the way to New Jersey and picked up my car and delivered it back to me on time like promised thank u guys so much also a guy bye the name mike davito or some to that tune drove my car around the whole of nj while it was in for service cause my navigation had 3 addresses I never knew exist .also they drove my car through a e-z pass for 50cent and it almost cost me 50.50$ lucky for my I fixed it. Was told bye the manager wait for a call to fix the scratches on my seat that call never came but now thanks Ocbmw of Harriman ny my seatbealt and panels that bloomfield messed up is now fixed More
