He knows the product and is customer oriented with no games and transparent pricing. This is the third vehicle I have bought from him and every experience is better than the previous. Denis Carey, sales manager, will make things work when necessary. My first-time European delivery experience went flawlessly thanks to David's pre-work. We had the car delivered stateside 4 weeks after we left it in Munich after 10 days of exploring Germany, Austria, and Italy in our new 535d x-drive. It was returned to us in U.S. well within the promised timeframe. Overall great experience working with great people and a great product! More
