He embodied all the qualities a consumer dreams of from a salesman -- he was knowledgeable, respectful, customer centric, honest, and helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and communicated his knowledge of the car and its features in a way that was easy to understand (I had been to Morristown BMW where I felt like I was being talked down to so Bloomfield BMW was particularly refreshing). He took the time to understand my needs so when he made suggestions, I never felt like I was getting upsold. He spent time w/ me on the test drive to ensure I got a good feel for the vehicle. I never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions hastily. When it came down to negotiating on price, he was fair, open, and honest. Even after I signed the deal and came in to pick up the car, Shahid continued to be diligent. He had completed all the pre-work and the administrative process was easy and hassle free. He took the time to walk me through the features of the car and answered all my questions. In the end, I felt like I got a fair deal and was happy I could give my business to someone who really deserved it.
