Af My experience at Bloomfield BMW unexpected. I walked into the dealership and met manager Michael Castoria and sales associate Christian Graziano. After explaining what I was looking for , including the BMW I wanted to trade in, Christians manager Michael Castoria had my trade in evaluated and fairly quickly presented me with a great offer to lease a 2014 BMW. It was an offer that was better than any of the three BMW dealers I had visited a month before. Without any hassles, within 2 hours, my trade in was completed ( Bloomfield BMW handled the entire process) and I was headed home with a new BMW. I would highly recommend this dealership and both Michael and Christian if you are interested in a new car. I have two additional cars that I have to get this year and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. More

First impression, bad taste It was Saturday the 10th May. I landed up at the dealership. I should thank Shahid to arrange for pick up from the Nj Train station. However apart It was Saturday the 10th May. I landed up at the dealership. I should thank Shahid to arrange for pick up from the Nj Train station. However apart from the pick, it all went wrong. It seems I was being manipulated to buy a X3 instead of the X1, maybe because of the 2015 model a few weeks away. It's ok that what salesmen are taught. However when I expressed my desire to buy a X1 that's when Shahid started behaving weird, he was not interested in even discussion or maybe he was late as it was already 6 pm. However he was rude and even found an excuse to not drop us back to the train station, specially when he made us walk to his car and then left us in a lurch. Luckily I had better behaved people at the dealership. First you coax me into a car I don't seem too excited about, then you don't even discuss further details and then suddenly ask me to find my own ways to commute back to the station, all because I could not add to his incentives. I thought it was rude and sad. I HAVE DECIDED I AM NOT GOING BACK HERE. THEY TREATED ME SHABBY. More
