This is the 5th BMW 3 series my wife and I have purchased from this dealer. And while my experiences in the past have obviously been favorable, none have been like dealing with Danielle. She does what she says she is going to do, when she says she is going to do it. She made the usual haggling over price, options, etc EASY. For us, there was none. We knew what we needed and wanted, she made it happen. She was great teaching my wife about all the equipment; how to use it, shortcuts, and suggested she come back for another session of instruction. unheard of. Most salespeople, its over and goodbye.
