Buying a car can be a stressful experience even under the best of circumstances, until we met Danielle. She sat and explained the options of the car we were consider. However, due to a discount being provided by another local dealership, we left Bloomfield and went elsewhere. at the other dealership the sales associate tried hard sale tactics and told us blatant misinfornation as we sat lookking at the dealerships site that contradicted everything this guy was telling us. in absolute discuss, we returned to BMW of Bloomfield and sought Danielle's advise. She patiently answered our questions in person, via several emails, texts and phone calls. She never pressured us or provided inconsistent responses. She maintained a professional to e despite dealing with our hysteria and indecisiveness. we ultimately bought a 2014 328i - ordered to our specifations. She kept us informed along the production process and spent time with us a welcomed home our baby - Beatrice! I cannot recommend her enough. I would definitely work with her and the dealership again. First of i wanted to buy a car that is sporty, fast and good on gas. I didnt want to buy a hybrid electric car. I was deciding on wether to buy the vw GTI or the golf TDI and then I saw somewhere online ab good on gas. I didnt want to buy a hybrid electric car. I saw thE Certified preowned 2011 bmw 335d on their online ad early this month. Walked in and met a very nice gentleman car sales associate shahid saleem. I told him i wanted to check the 335d. He showed me the car on the lot and asked me if i wanted to test drive the car. without any delay we were already out test driving the 335d. This car blew me away. I knew i wanted this car. Shaheed was very helpful. I didnt get the car right that day. And i also wanted to negotiate with the price. Although the bmw manager was very firm with the online advertised price, shaheed was very helpful and prompt with my follow up questions via phone or text. If you want to go buy any bmw car in bloomfield. Go find this guy. Very humble and helpful with any of your needs. And also I recommend you check the 335d (diesel) this beast has TORQUE that will blow you away!!! More

I will only buy BMW's and my preference will definitely be BMW of Bloomfield. They stand behind their cars and service is almost ALWAYS covered completely. My service rep is Jeff and he's not like reps I've dealt with at other dealerships who you can never reach, and never call back. For the few times that my car needed to stay over night, he always bent over backwards to make sure I had a loaner and I wasn't stranded without my car - like I've experienced with other delearships.
