Disorganized, non-functioning dealership. Physically, the dealership is a mess. Entire lot is a construction site, there is literally nowhere to park your car and not a single employee around helping/guiding dealership is a mess. I ended up having 2 trips to the dealership and wasting 3-4 hours of my life which could have been easily avoided via a brief call. Sales Rep. Kris Zafar wasn't helpful at all. I clearly stated my intentions and the deal conditions I would agree on via email. He invited me over for the second visit and I came in just to find out that the vehicle that I was interested in got "sold" and he could give me a similar car but cannot offer the same discount we agreed on the other vehicle. (in fact, he offered no discount whatsoever) I would not suggest this dealership to anyone who hopes to have a pleasant, transparent, no-hustle experience. More

I recently purchased X4 M40i from BMW Bloomfield. Steeve Eveillard helped us finalizing the car. We have bought many cars over last 25 years, but this has been the most easiest and pleasurable experience. The contract was signed in about 30 minutes after we arrived and no additional forced gimmicks were tried that usually happens at car dealerships. We were told when exactly the car would arrive and it was delivered at our home. The person who came to deliver the car was very experienced and he went over every control of the car to make us understand how it works and also helped us setup our phones. Before visiting Bloomfield, we went to couple of other dealerships, but we were frustrated with their sales people trying to sell us something we didn’t want. We were very specifically looking for X4 M40i and we got it from BMW Bloomfield at great price. We are very happy with our purchase. This is our first BMW and hope it will continue to deliver. More
