I recently took my car to Bmw of Bloomfield, NJ and had my 2003 BMW M3 serviced. They were taking care of a reprogramming recall on the M3. Jeffery Couch was the service advisor who help me out. Not only w my 2003 BMW M3 serviced. They were taking care of a reprogramming recall on the M3. Jeffery Couch was the service advisor who help me out. Not only was he very informative, he is also a proud owner of a BMW M3 as well so we both had a lot to talk about. Jeff also helped me obtain a loaner car for the day until the recall was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone who owns a BMW. More

I took my vehicle to BMW of Bloomfield, NJ for service for my 2006 BMW 750li for transmission repairs and the service advisor Jeffrey Couch was very knowledgeable and answered all my question of concern f for my 2006 BMW 750li for transmission repairs and the service advisor Jeffrey Couch was very knowledgeable and answered all my question of concern for the repair that my vehicle needed. He took care really great care of me. The wait for service was quick and I received a loaner car until my vehicle repairs were done. Jeff Couch in the Service Department went way beyond what was required. He provided excellent assistance and was very knowledgeable about my car (an E46 M3) because he himself is an enthusiast and owns the was required. I have purchased quite a few new cars in my life and I have to say that this was the absolutely most pleasurable, stress free car buying experience I have ever had. I had been to the BMW of Bloomfield dea have to say that this was the absolutely most pleasurable, stress free car buying experience I have ever had. I had been to the BMW of Bloomfield dealership late last year to take a look at the new X3s and talk to one of the client reps. Even though I wasn't ready to buy I was treated with the same respect given to someone coming in to make a purchase. The client rep spent over an hour with me and my wife, even after I told him up front we were "just looking." When I finally decided it was time to make a purchase I made my request through Mike Castoria in the internet sales department. That's when I was introduced to Danielle Weinstein who was assigned as my client rep. Not only was I given an extremely competitive price, the entire purchase was about as transparent and stress free as anything could possibly be. I can't say enough about Danielle. She was extremely professional and thorough walking me through the entire process. Since I was ordering a custom BMW, it had to be built and Danielle kept me appraised every step of the way. When my vehicle was finally delivered, Danielle sat with me and walked me through all of the controls and functions in my new car. Her level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service was well beyond my expectations and I would certainly highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a new BMW. My wife currently drives an older model 5 series and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind when the time comes to purchase a new one I will be asking for Danielle. More
My first visit to this dealership was to look at a used car that was advertised online (2005 645 convertible). I have BMW dealerships closer to where I live but none had this particular car, in the color I wanted with low miles. The dealership was really easy to find, right off the Garden State Parkway. I met Jack Gomez, who was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, provided me with several options while making me feel very comfortable and never pressured. I was then introduced to Ivan Romero who was outstanding. He clearly explained all of the financing and warranty information. I was so impressed with Jack and Ian that I recommended them to a friend of mine who came in a month later and leased a brand new 3 series and experienced the same impeccable service. A few weeks after my purchase, I had my first experience with the service department. There were several “timing” issues with my car that needed to be addressed and I had a rough idle on the car that was concerning me. At this point my car was in the service department more than in my driveway! As you might expect, I was very upset and wanted to make sure this was not going to snowball into major problems. That is when I met General Manager Anthony Cerillo, a true gentleman, who was extremely supportive and understanding to my problems. He gave me several options and even offered to have an engineer from BMW come to the dealership to inspect the car and answer all my questions. After meeting with the engineer I felt much better about my car. I am convinced that there is no more courteous, polite, professional, and efficient service staff that could be found. Most of my interaction and assistance has been through Kristyn Michelle and Tom Cueman, who are absolute stars in this department and always find a way to accommodate me. Everyone in this department from the valets to Vicky and the girls at the front desk always make my visits a welcoming experience. More

Danielle was amazing throughout the process. She was patient and took the time to explain every options available to me when I was contemplating buying my car. Since I special ordered the car, I had to wait 5-6 weeks to get it. Danielle made sure to keep me posted of the different production stages of the car and when it arrived to the dealership she made sure to call me first thing in the morning to let me know. The service didn't stop once I signed the paperwork as she spent more than 30min to explain all the options of the car and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was ok with the car. Danielle made the whole buying process enjoyable. More
