Danielle is the epitome of who I hope to work with as I walk into a dealership. I dealt with her on a Lease Return & CPO Purchase. All of which in a very professional & well drafted email. I had been unexpectedly out of state preceding the day my lease was due back, so when I showed up without an appointment in the 11th hour I was sure the process awaiting me was to be less then pleasant. To my surprise Danielle had gone ahead & prepared all of my paperwork, without yet knowing when I'd be coming in. I was driving back out in under an hour, with a loaner car to use until my purchased car is Certified & ready to be picked up. It was an absolute pleasure to meet someone who is so well versed in their field and still has the patients and customer service skills to clearly and accurately explain the procedure. I have owned 3 BMWs & have had issues with other dealerships in the past. I am very confident that BMW of Bloomfield should be your first & last stop when shopping for a BMW & Danielle should be your only request when choosing a salesperson. More

The worst BMW dealership in NJ. Service team is now predominantly staffed with people that have limited technical skills and poor customer service skills. My wife purchased a pre-owned X5 here and we had some issues with an oil leak that was not detected before the car was sold to us. Jeff Couch and the Service team stepped in and worked diligently to re issues with an oil leak that was not detected before the car was sold to us. Jeff Couch and the Service team stepped in and worked diligently to remedy our issue. Jeff was amazing, he called us everyday with updates on the status of the car, what was done and when it might be ready. If a deadline was approaching and would be missed, Jeff always called us. The cause of the leak was minor, but the work to get to it was extensive and Jeff and the service folks made sure the job was done correctly. What could have been a bad experience was turned around into an opportunity to supply exceptional service and Bloomfield BMW stepped up big time! We are eternally grateful for the effort Jeff led with the dealership firmly behind him. More

I just bought a CPO car and my first BMW. I met a salesperson initially who was busy and directed me to Shahid. Shahid was really friendly and answered all my questions. He was patient, kind and went out of his way to make sure i was comfortable and went back home with all the answers i needed. In 2 hours, i had enough information to commit on the spot to a car i had test driven. After the buying process began, he took care of most of my issues. All i did, was, go with a check and take the keys. I would certainly recommend working with Shahid and visiting this dealership for a BMW. P.S: Be careful of the finance department, they did the Bait-n-Switch trick on me, and hence the lesser rating on Price. More

Spoke with the Parts Dept and the individual refused to give me a part number. Upon requesting a Supervisor, the individual laughed at me and transferred me. Thereafter Mark (Supervisor) informed me that give me a part number. Upon requesting a Supervisor, the individual laughed at me and transferred me. Thereafter Mark (Supervisor) informed me that they do not "Normally" give Part Numbers out. I asked him what is the exception since "Normally" they do not give out this information. He could not give me a reason and proceeded to give me an incomplete Part Number in order to get me off the phone. More
