I highly recommend Shahid to any first time car buyer or anyone who looking to buy a car. I went to a previous bmw dealership and the salesman was straight up forward. But when i went to bmw of Bloomfield shahid brought my spirit up. He was very helpful and got me the exact car i wanted. He told me he would get the car price lower so i can drive off with it. I received a call a day after i left the dealer and asked "When can i pick up my car" ?!! Shahid gets the job DONE. More

Worst customer service ever!! I took my car in with mist coming in the left headlight and bad left door panel. The service rep (Trevor) told me that I probably hit my car somewhere which could be the reason coming in the left headlight and bad left door panel. The service rep (Trevor) told me that I probably hit my car somewhere which could be the reason for things going bad on the left side of the car. I had to literally provide the pictures with dates when the headlight and door panel was last worked on by them and it wasn't done correctly. Then after the car was serviced I found out that the headlight stopped working completely and I asked him to fix it. He was just too rude and kept saying that they will not work on the headlight until I pay them $140 for diagnosis. This is just bad customer service and a malpractice on braking something to ask the customer for money. I will not recommend anyone going there. The management has changed and all the good old people have left BMW of Bloomfield. Not a kind of customer service you would expect from a brand like BMW! More

Since I was coming to Bloomfield from an hour away, rather than making me return to the dealership, they had a salesman deliver the car to my home. That's great service. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and I will tell them to ask for Danielle. More

My experience at the dealership was great and unexpected. I called Wed. night and spoke to tina who was so nice, patient and so helpful. Once evertythng was final she came over again and congratulated me. Douglas Sanders helped me get my dream car a 2013 BMW. I didnt think I would be able to get a 2013 but doug and Steve made it happen. they kept reassuring me its going to happen and it did. Everyone there for the most part were very friendly and made me feel at home. Making sure I was ok, asking if i was hungry , thirsty and so on. I left the dealership with a great feeling of accomplishment. i was in shock that i drove away in my dream car. that day it was raining so DOug told me to come back when it wasnt so I can get a car wash . The great person that he is the very next day i recieved my car wash. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More
