Mitch Jules was an awesome salesman. He provided me with outstanding service and catered to all my needs and questions. Shahid and Michael went above and beyond what I would expect in a sales experience. I had been promised 2,000 for my trade in but later denied it, but they made sure that I was treated right, and that r expect in a sales experience. I had a very positive experience @ BMW if Bloomfield. Shahid (my sales rep) was very honest and quite helpful! Ivan (the Finance Mgr) was also very helpful and attentive! We leased a BMW 328 I - our first experience with BMW.
