I have been coming to Bloomfield BMW since I purchased brand new X6 in 2009. Everything from then till now has balways een perfect. These employees have collectively added to my total satisfactory experience at this dealership- I couldn't imagine going to anywhere else. These employees have not only been professional and friendly to me, but made me feel like family every time I go there. Whenever I had an issue, concern or buying a vehicle- each employee has excelled in their respective departments with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and assistance. We arrived at Bloomfiled BMW with a mind to hear a deal on the BMW X5 we were interested in purchasing. We had visited another dealership but they were not returning calls with info and numbers. John was a please to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He went to great efforts to explain the optain regarding purchase outright, financing. and leasing. When we had a question he had direct answers. When he didn't know and answer immediately he checked up on it. We worked with John and his efforts paid off. Came here during the week to check out and test drive a vehicle. Just stopped in without an appointment, happened to be welcomed and helped by Shahid, We went on a test drive, he answered my questions/conc vehicle. Later called him with an offer and came back in a few days later to re test drive the vehicle. My offer was met, they offered me financing for the vehicle which was also a good deal. Sahid, I have to say he is one of the most personable and professional people I have met in the auto sales business. Overall my experience at Bloomfield BMW was great. Friendly staff and definitely helpful. If your looking to buy a car from here I would definitely not think twice about seeing Shahid.
