I was shopping around for an X5 for several weeks and had spoken to several dealers, and received quotes from these dealers for the X5 with the options that I wanted. After receiving these quotes, I spoke to a co-worker who had worked with Henry to purchase his BMW and he recommended that I speak with Henry before I make a decision with another dealership. Henry quoted me a price on the X5 that was almost $100 less per month. He was extremely helpful from the first time that I spoke with him, until I picked up my newly built X5 a few weeks later, and continued to help me with the registration process and plate acquisition after I had already picked up my car. I would highly recommend this dealership, and Henry in particular, and would gladly give them my business in the future. More
Took my X5 in here in October to have a faulty console that needed to be replaced. Jin told me the problem was identified and that the part was on order. Fast forward three months later to find out the pa that needed to be replaced. Jin told me the problem was identified and that the part was on order. Fast forward three months later to find out the part was never ordered, but was told by Tom Cueman that he will get it in. Fast forward again by two weeks, and the part still never made it to the dealership. Keep in mind that this is a little piece of plastic, not some special order part. To aggravate matters, Bloomfield won't disclose what part needed to be ordered with another dealership that was willing to fix the console. This dealership is unbelievably bad. It seems as if they care more about getting paid for a repair than not inconveniencing a customer. If service built sales at this dealership, they'd never sell a car. Pathetic. More
My 528i was tow there for auto body repair due to accident. Its been there for 2 weeks now. I was told my car will be ready middle of last week. Today I called and I was told they are still waiting f accident. Its been there for 2 weeks now. I was told my car will be ready middle of last week. Today I called and I was told they are still waiting for the part to come in. I never receive any phone call for update about my car. I have to call few times in order to get information about my car. The receptionist told me I can call the sub-auto body myself to find out more about the car. AFAIK, I paid BMW of Bloomfield for repair, I don't need to contact third party sub myself. Now I am still driving a nissan sentra as replacement. I still don't have time to get my car back. A phone call with an update is a common courtesy in business. More

Today I purchased a 2013 X6 BMW, and my client advisor was Jack Gomes. I started this journey with Jack on December 22, 2012. I’ve been a BMW driver since 2004 and was experiencing a very difficult time getting out of the leased BMW and as the mileage was increasing, my headache was increasing. My experience with Doug surpassed way beyond my expectations of any experience I’ve had in the past. Not only was Doug very knowledgeable and a courteous professional, he is trustworthy and patient as he assessed my situation and needs. Because of Doug, this extremely stressful situation was a stress-free process. He was clear, concise and seemed to genuinely care about my satisfaction. He was thorough with my options and I am grateful to have met this exceptional sales representative!
