He's personable, extremely knowledgeable about the product, and went out of his way to make the sale a hassle free experience - even driving me to the bank so I could pick up the certified funds for the purchase. I was able to confidently drive the car off the lot that day (something I had not planned on doing) thanks to his diligence. More

He comes off as having a laid back, quiet demeanor but is the most polite, respectful and mannerable young man that I've experienced in quite some time. His kindness was over the top yet genuine. I went to see someone else who did not report for work that day and Rajahn Felisbret offered assistance. What sold me was when "I thought" I saw the person that I was supposed to see, Rajahn offered to relinquish his position and "turn me over" to the other salesman. That was so admirable, demonstrating pure integrity! I am sold and as I live and breathe, I am a "Beemer" for life! The service department is matchless! This is my first experience with such qualitative and superior customer service and I am happy to share the experience as well as refer family and friends to this site. I have dealt with 4 BMW dealerships in NJ but continue to go back to this dealership because of there exceptional service both by sales and service. Shahid our sales person for my last two cars is by far go back to this dealership because of there exceptional service both by sales and service. To give you an example he helped us on his day off by coming to work and staying till 9pm until all our paperwork was done. More

We truly appreciated his sincerity and were thrilled that we did not have to compromise on anything that we wanted in our new beamer. He was there to guide us throughout the entire process. Now we are very happy BMW owners! We fight over who gets to drive it more so we may have to consider leasing a second one in the future ;-) If we do, Jack is definitely our go-to man!
