By far the best dealership I've ever been to, our buying experience has never been as smooth and easy as we had in this dealership. He treat us with so much pleasure, respect, and with so much patience in providing us all the information we need in purchasing a car that we thought we can't afford. This dealership also don't give false advertisement, they can actually give you the best deal in your life in buying a car, what you see online is what you get or even better deal when you go there, so I highly recommend this dealership. This is our 2nd BMW car, we bought the first one in a different dealership and our experience there was not as great as in this dealership. We really had a bad experience in our previous dealership to a point that I told myself never to buy a BMW again. But that change when I went to this dealership, I was treated here with so much respect, they never look at you as if you can't afford to buy. All the people here are very professional, and I also tried their service here, and they gave you a VIP treatment. They offer you sandwich, food, drinks and you can also ask for an IPad while you wait for your car to get to service. So I would say, not only the sales here is great but their services as well. So to anybody who wants to purchase a New BMW, there is no other place to go than BMW of Bloomfield. More

My experience at the BMW in Bloomfield today was by far the best service I have recieved by a sales representative. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Gomes to the actual closing, I not once felt like 'just the best service I have recieved by a sales representative. From the moment I spoke with Mr. Gomes to the actual closing, I not once felt like 'just' a customer. Jack was available to answer all of my questions, and I had many being a novice purchaser. He demonstrated patience and a genuine interest. Purchasing a car can be quite an unnerving experience, and I felt such ease. When I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, my car was waiting with a beautiful red ribbon and he even offered to take photos of my family and I for keepsake.
