ALL BMW M CARS OWNER AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!!UNLESS YOU WANT A MASSIVE ACCIDENT ON WAY HOME ON GARDEN STATE PARKWAY!!! TODAY NOV 27 2012 I HAVE DECIDED TO COME TO BMW OF BLOOMFIELD TO COST!!!UNLESS YOU WANT A MASSIVE ACCIDENT ON WAY HOME ON GARDEN STATE PARKWAY!!! TODAY NOV 27 2012 I HAVE DECIDED TO COME TO BMW OF BLOOMFIELD TO SERVICE MY 2012 BMW M3... WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE !!! I'VE ARRIVED AT THE DEALER AROUND 7;40 PM FOR THEM TO HAVE A LOOK AT MY CHECK TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT. DAY BEFORE MY TIRE WENT FLAT SO I USED A M MOBILITY KIT THAT ALL M CARS HAVE SINCE THEY DON'T COME EQUIPPED WITH RUN FLATS OR SPARE WHEEL. BEFORE ARRIVAL I CALLED AND ASK IF THEY BE ABLE TO HELP ME, THEY SAID YES!! AFTER THEY DID OIL CHANGE AND HAD A LOOK AT MY FLAT I WAS INFORMED IT DEFLATED DUE TO IMPROPER WEAR ON A TIRE I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT CAR HAS 15 000 MILES AND ITS VERY GOOD TAKEN CARE FOR NO DRIFTING OR TRACKING THE CAR. AFTER I PICKED UP MY KEYS I STARTED HEADING HOME WHEN I GOT TO A RAMP I STARTED ACCELERATING ONTO GARDEN STATE PARKWAY WHICH IS 2 MIN AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP I NOTICED A LIVE TREATING STEERING WHEEL WOBBLE I ALMOST HIT A CAR NEXT TO ME. I DECIDED TO PULL OVER THE SHOULDER LINE AND CALL THE DEALER. IT WAS 9;07 WHEN I CALLED JIN YOON CONVERSATION WENT ALONG THESE LINES. I ASKED IF CAN TURN AROUND SINCE WAS 2 MIN FROM DEALERSHIP AND THEY CAN HAVE ANOTHER LOOK AT IT, MY REQUEST WAS REFUSED DUE TO "NO LOANER CARS AVAILABLE AND FACT THAT THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE THE SHOP". I WAS DEADLY SCARED TO CONTINUE DRIVING MY UNSAFE CAR DECIDED TO PRESS SOS BUTTON IN MY CAR HOPING BMW NORTH AMERICA COULD TOW MY CAR BACK TO A DEALER AGAIN BMW DISAPPOINTS AGAIN SINCE I WAS PULLED OVER ON GARDEN STATE PARKWAY THEY WEREN'T GOING TO SEND A TOW TRUCK TO GET ME... THE ONLY ONE THEY COULD RING UP WAS ONE THAT HAS A LICENSE TO TOW ON GSP AND I WOULD HAVE TO COVER THE CHARGE FROM MY OWN MONEY EVEN IF BMW COME WITH A FREE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.... I DROVE THE CAR TO NET EXIT WHICH WAS A BIG RISK AND FINALLY BMW SAID THAT NOW AFTER I RISKED MY LIFE AGAIN THEY COULD SEND A TOW TRUCK THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. NOW AFTER WASTING 2 HOURS WAITING FOR TOW TRUCK AND A LOT OF STRESS MY CAR IS AT BMW OF BLOOMFIELD WAITING TO GET FIXED THE RIGHT WAY MY CONCLUSION IS THAT I WOULD NEVER WILLINGLY BRING NONE OF MY BMWS FOR SERVICE TO THAT FELICITY ALSO EXPECTING A CALL FROM SERVICE MANAGER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. Working with Bloomfield BMW was very easy. I saw a great price advertised online, called to confirm it, and kept asking if it was real when I got there. And no one tried to upsell me or change the terms. That alone was worth it. I will say that I went on a very busy Saturday and spent a fair amount of time waiting, but Jack and the team let me know where I was in the process and were honest about how long I would have to wait. In the end, I went home with a brand new 328xi on the same day. So, again, very cool. The finance guy was also nice and straightforward. He'd tried to sell me a few protections and a credit card that I didn't really want, but it wasn't an agressive sales experience. And, to be fair, he was very patient while I read every word on everything they were asking me to sign - and answered all my questions. Overall, very good experience and a great price. I would definitely go back and definitely send my family and friends. More
