I also worked with Steven Tabakov, I did not see his name listed above but he made sure I understood all the paperwork and informed of services I could possibly need. There was one other person who helped me, the young man who programmed the phone in my car, I do not remember his name but he was also very friendly and helpful. She explained what was available, answered my questions about the different models and then put me in contact with Greg Holoway. She also discussed many of the purchase options with me, especially the tire-warranty options. Greg actually "showed" the various models available and the benefits of each different option. He encouraged the test drive and arranged for me to meet with Ivan. Ivan saw me through the many steps of purchasing/financing my vehicle. He explained each financing option with expertise and patience and he reviewed the warranty options in detail. Insurance details were covered by Ivan and then he and Greg saw to it that the car was prepared that very day.
