I had the pleasure of working with Shahid Saleem at BMW of Bloomfield. I had been shopping for a BMW 535 X drive for a few weeks. Called on a Friday evening at 8:20pm to check CPO inventory and Shahid wa of Bloomfield. I had been shopping for a BMW 535 X drive for a few weeks. Called on a Friday evening at 8:20pm to check CPO inventory and Shahid was there late to answer my call. Arrived at the dealership at 9am Saturday, went on a test drive, and made the deal shortly after. Shahid was very professional and introduced me to his Sales Manager Greg to educate me on the great incentives for financing. Picked up the car on Monday afternoon, great experience!!! More
Kalesa was warm and friendly and sat down with us to understand our requirements. She allowed us to shortcut the process by viewing a list of available models in our price range so that we were able to understand our requirements. She allowed us to shortcut the process by viewing a list of available models in our price range so that we were able to quickly identify the right vehicle and, after a test drive in which Kalesa was very accommodating, we decided to purchase it. We then worked with Ivan who streamlined the purchasing paperwork and spared us from too many details as well as going the extra mile to secure a loan that best fit our needs. We had to make a return visit to pick up our registration card as well as have a minor issue repaired and we were very impressed with the speedy and VIP treatment we received by everyone we met. We've rated them a 5 and would highly recommend the people and the dealership because of the smoothness, professionalism and overall red-carpet experience. On the negative side, there were only three very minor items - worth mentioning for dealership improvement purposes but not sufficient to undermine their CSAT score: 1) we kept hearing about how they used a real pro who would (and did) repair a few tears in the "leather" on the driver's seat, however the material is leatherette (which doesn't breathe) not real leather which we thought it was - oops, our bad for not reading the label; 2) I think we could have been shown a few tips on how to use some of the features of the vehicle even though it was a pre-owned and not a new model; and 3) we had to have the vehicle inspected and the NJ Motor Vehicles inspector said that if we had been given a certain document by the dealership we could have gotten an inspection sticker good for 2 years instead of a sticker only valid for 10 months. Where do i start; Mohamed made car shopping pleasant for me 3 years ago when i leased an X5 3.0i and i had to track him down and go 60 miles out of my way so i can experience the same pleasantry again. The new deal was made over the phone and when he told me the price, i said: "I WANT IT, I WANT IT, I WANT IT". He gave me more car for the money than any other BMW dealer in central and northern NJ. Thanks to him, I'm driving a load X5 5.0i at the price of an X5 3.5i. Jack Gomes worked on this deal as well and these guys were fun and pleasant to deal with. Go see these guys, you WILL NOT be disappointing! See you guys again in 3 years when this lease is up! More
The numbers above used to rate shahid were not enough at all due to him not being great (5) but phenomenal requiring a rate of 100+. His deal was so good that when I shopped around park ave bmw apologized becuase they couldnt do better and bmw of tenafly told me to take shahids offer. If you want your your dream car and to deal with a friendly face Shahid is the guy. More
