I purchased a BMW X3 from BMW Bloomfiled about a month ago. Actually,the Sales Manager, Wayne Trieu, and the Saleswoman, Jin Li, have provided me with an excellent experience. They have done a great job and I do appreciate it. But unfortunately, I misunderstand some of the questions listed in the survey. It is my fault to give them a low mark in the survey.
