I had the great opportunity to have Shahid Saleem as my car salesman! From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed! His hospitality was outstanding! I will be honest, I hate going to dealerships. I especially dislike luxury car dealerships. Most of the sale people are arrogant and size you up in 5 minutes. When I came to BMW of Bloomfield on Ma especially dislike luxury car dealerships. Most of the sale people are arrogant and size you up in 5 minutes. When I came to BMW of Bloomfield on May 9th, I had the pleasure of working with Alaa. I went to the front desk asking for a sale person and Alaa was standing right there ready to help me. Now my experiences at other dealerships is something along the lines of the receptionist hounding a sales person to help me because most of them want to cherry pick the best customers. I don't necessarily look the part of someone who will spend 40-50K on car so most salesmen ignore or quickly brush me aside. Alaa was different, he took the time to understand what I was looking for. I was looking for 2011 3 series and was possibly considering the 2012 3 series. Alaa took the time to test drive 3 cars with me. What really sealed the deal for me with Alaa was his honesty, knowledge and follow up. When I asked him what he thought I might be able to get for my trade-in he gave me a price similar to the dealer trade in value provided by Kelly Blue Book. He didn't try to low ball me. He was very knowledge about the car and BMW Financial lease contracts. Alaa was able to point out important key features of the cars and its benefits. He was also very knowledge about the lease contract and to make sure that I got a lease that fits my needs. Lastly, he follows up but not like in annoying way. I visited several BMW dealers before getting my 335i and he was the only one that followed up. Customer service is a lost art that few salesmen know how to do well. Alaa is the BEST car salesperson that I have personally dealt with. Alaa will provide you with a fair price on the car that you want. The price he provided me was directly in line with my research. You maybe able to get a lower price but if customer service, product knowledge, honesty and patience are important qualities to you in salesman then Alaa is the sales person for you. More

He was very knowledgeable and was very detailed with the answers to the questions i had(and they were many) he was also very patient with me which is a plus fr me as I was a first time BMW buyer! John showed me the car i was interested in he gave me the run down on the features ect.Bottom line I purchased my first BMW thanks to this team. I would def recommend to anyone. I feel they went above and beyond to make me feel 100% sure of the investment I was making! Thanks guys! More
