I had an appointment at this dealership to test drive a CPO vehicle. When I arrived I learned that the individual who had setup the appointment the day before called in sick. I ended up purchasing a different vehicle than I came to see and if it were not for Alaa there would have been no sale that day. He made the experience more enjoyable and attended to my concerns and needs. If you want a good experience I would highly recommend that you ask for Alaa to handle your transaction. More

It all started with a phone call to the dealership, connecting with a sales associate "Adam" T time, however BMW of Bloomfield really tops my list... Just from his response and concerns to my questions over the phone, I immediately visited this dealership. WOW!!! they have a beautiful showroom and service area. Their salesmanship was absolutely exceptional. The finance manager "Ivan" was perfect in his approach through to closure. I leased a 2012 BMW X5 3.5d from them this past month and I have to say it was THE BEST buying experience of my life. Jing Li and Wayne Trieu were the best people to deal with. There was nothing hidden, all the numbers were shown to me and explained to me. The price paid was very fair and the ease of the whole buying experience was just exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience and I can't wait to go back to them when I need to get another lease and I'm even already considering getting an additional vehicle from them. Again, just absolutely wonderful experience. Even getting the plates from them (just a mundane task) was awesome. Great job BMW of Bloomfield. More
