Adam Tayel - sales - He was very professional and straight forward at all times. He did not push me too hard to buy the 535xi that I ultimately bought from him and spent a large amount of time helpi straight forward at all times. He gave me honest information and his honest opinion on all the questions I asked He was very helpful in explaining all the financing incentives that BMW financing was offering and how they would benefit me. The only time I thought he may have been stretching the truth was when he said there were a few people waiting to look at the car if I didn't get it, but he wouldn't be a good salesman if he didn't do something like that to push me along. Besides that one thing he did nothing to pressure me and I will recommend him and his dealership to anyone who asks me where I got my beautiful car. Greg Goldenberg - financing - He made the process of financing as painless and quick as possible. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful with the details of the warranties and remaining maintenance coverage. Kalesa Basden - internet sales - She was my initial contact through the website that I saw the car. She responded quickly to all my initial questions. Each time I walked into the dealership she took out time to walk over and greet me with a big smile and a warm hello. More
I wanted to test drive a car. The girl at desk was looking for someone to help me. everyone around said they were busy. some of them were busy smoking. a never got a price or test drive. There was a man name Gorden with customers who said he would help me when he was finished. everyone else ignored me. I had to walk through smokers to get back in my car. I paid to park for no reason. i purchased at another establishment same day. update: general manager reached out to me with what,I feel is sincere apology. I made an appointment to see a specific used car. My name was plastered on video monitors for appointment. This is the dumbest idea car dealerships have had yet. The last thing I want is for my name to be a was plastered on video monitors for appointment. This is the dumbest idea car dealerships have had yet. The last thing I want is for my name to be anywhere without my permission. Even with the appointment, I had to wait for quite awhile and then they didn't have the car pulled out. I complained and they said it would be 5 minutes. It was nearly 20 and the salesman had help. What is the point of making an appointment? The worst though is that the salesman's breath and body odor were so strong and disgusting, I had to open a window even though it was 35 degrees. I don't think I could have gotten away from it even if I had put the convertible top down. I feel bad, but this guy didn't seem sick. In the meantime, it had gotten dark, but they nicely pulled the car into the well-lit service area for me. I uncovered undisclosed damage to the Certified Pre-Owned car and it was completely overpriced. It was clear I was not having a good experience, so they stayed away and I never got to tell anyone about the smell. The facility is nice, but visiting this dealership completely wasted my valuable time. I will NEVER visit this dealership again. I was nauseous from the smell for hours. I ended up buying my BMW at Morristown BMW and had the best car-buying experience I've ever had with Shaun Hayes. More

I have had an overall great expirience with Bloomfield Bmw. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions I had about the car. Jack was a nice friendly guy who helped us with our purchase. I was a little bit nervous coming to this dealership cause you always expect them to show you something you love then pay more then expected. Alaa Ahmed and I bonded immediately. He understood my enthusiasm for BMW's and listened to my history starting with my first one. Although finding a manual shift for me would normally not be an easy task enthusiasm for BMW's and listened to my history starting with my first one. Although finding a manual shift for me would normally not be an easy task, there were 2 possibilities sitting in the lot. It took about a week for us to work out a deal we could both live with and I appreciate the time and effort he put in to make it happen. I feel that as long as he is affiliated with BMW of Bloomfield, I will have someone to talk to about my car. Any ideas I might have for modifications or upgrades I will surely pass by him for advice. Everyone I've met at the dealership have been very friendly and helpful. Already I feel that customer service will be a pleasant experience. More

When I went to the showroom I was treated very well from the moment I arrived. Not a lot of pressure but very friendly people. Lots of cars to look at, and many cars in the showroom. Andy Kurland, my sales rep, was very nice and very helpful through the whole process. Each step was clearly defined, all the paperwork was well organized, and the personal treatment through the process (after having not had a car in so long) was fantastic. I am a person who asks a million questions. No one at Bloomfield had a problem with answering all my questions and never made me feel like I wasn't an important customer. I would highly recommend this dealership to others and hope they work with Andy as well. Thanks very much for all the help. More
