What a guy. I started visiting the Bloomfield dealership to have my car washed because I got tired fighting with BMW morristown to vacuum the inside of the vehicle. This was my first impression of the Bloomfield site. I was very pleased. I decided to check out their sales dept. to prepare for turning in my lease. This is when I met the salesman of the year, Mr. Alaa Ahmed. Alaa is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He knew that I was worried about the outcome at the end of my lease and helped me to make a satisfactory deal. Not one time did he mention his commission as other salesmen I had dealt with previously had done. His main focus was on satisfying me. Very different. Alaa deserves a rating of 10. He is professional and human. Traits I've never seen in car salesmen. He is a natural. I would recommend him to everyone. As long as he is at Bloomfield BMW,I shall be there. I must mention Henry,who made me as comfortable as possible and told me about all the discounts and promotions. He made sure that I got a mug and poster. I have been to a few BMW dealers to perform services on my truck, but I have not been so impressed with the level of customer service that I received from the BMW of Bloomfield. I've already sent friends here to purchase a vehicle as well, and will be returning with my parents for their automotive needs in the near future. Quite simply, there weren't any high pressure tactics, quick and honest discussion about reasonable pricing, and a process that moved at a pace I was looking for which was very quick. They also offered a very fair trade-in value for my old vehicle for which I was fully expecting to have to sell privately in order to get the best dollar amount I could, but I certainly wasn't looking forward to the hassle. The competitive offering on the new purchase and the trade-in made everything simple for me. My only regret is that I didn't start here sooner...it would have saved me some running around to other dealers. I'll certainly be returning here for any future needs. More

I have purchased or leased MANY cars over the years. I have never had a more positive experience than the two transactions at Bloomifeld BMW with Mike Grillo. At other dealerships, you get a run-around and never feel comfortable. Dealing with Mike is always a pleasure. He gives you straight forward answers to all your questions, no matter how many, or how silly. Another BIG point is the fact that other dealers talk down to women. This is most definitely NOT the case at Bloomfield BMW. Talking with Mike and arriving at a deal with Mike is like visiting with an old and trusted friend. He treats his customers with respect and considers one's vehicle preferences, while also keeping in mind what you wish to spend.
