After a brief phone conversation, I worked with her most through emails, as Bloomfield BMW is over 100 miles away from where I live. Kalisa was very helpful. We had an agreed price before I visited the dealership by train on Saturday. The manager there offered me a ride from the train station. After a quick test drive, I thought Kalesa had given me a very accurate description about the car. So it was an easy decision on my part. My first visit to Bloomfield for service and I was very impressed with the overall experience. First of all service customers are welcomed to the department by entering a private drive in entrance. I was welcomed by Chris Vender and my conclusion after he checked me in, was 'he is a real pro.' Very experienced, precise in his actions, no wasted time, again a real pro. Bloomfield has a very comfortable waiting lounge with wireless internet connectivity and I was able to get some work done. The service was fast and the check out experience was again very fast and professional. I'm also in the customer service business and I was very impressed with the overall experience, attitude and efficiency of the team. More

Alaa took me on a test drive as soon as I arrived. He was very helpful in trying to find me the car I wanted. I was pleased with the value of my trade-in and was very happy with the resulting monthly payment and drive-off costs. Alaa, Jim and Wayne helped make everything happen smoothly. I love my new car and was very pleased with the experience I had at BMW of Bloomfield. I will definitely return here when it is time to trade this vehicle in for a new one. More

After over 3 days of trying and failing to reach a good deal for new a BMW 3-series locally, I decided to send unsolicited emails with the same offer I presented to my local dealerships. A car with the options I wanted was hard to find, scarcity due to being a previous generation model that had been discounted heavily during end-of-year sales events. Several east coast dealerships ignored my emails, but Ivan Romero promptly replied. Ivan seems to be a very dedicated guy, he worked late that Friday to "run the numbers." He sent me en email before going home with his pricing offer. The next day I was taking a train from DC to Newark to pick up my car. The additional manufacturer incentives that were available at the time made Ivan's offer impossible to resist. This was all agreed upon over a few emails. Ivan send someone to pick me up from the train station. It was a busy Saturday at BMW of Bloomfield, so I had to wait for a bit, but I did not mind as this was a last minute deal. 2.5 hours after dealer closing it was all set and done, but Ivan took the time to show me the basic controls and program/pair the on-board Bluetooth to my cell phone before I drove back home. Ivan made the transaction from beginning to end as painless and honest as can be. No pressure, no excuses, no sales tactics, no BS. I am almost certain my last drive in my 3-series will be the ~200 miles back to Bloomfield to get a new BMW from Ivan Romero. More

They explained trade-in, price and financing options with the same skill and patience. This was not our first BMW purchase, but it was the smoothest and most thorough.
