Buying a new car is always a traumatic experience, but the "gang" at BMW of Bloomfield created a smooth, pleasant experience. We never expected to leave with a new car, but all the paperwork was handled the "gang" at BMW of Bloomfield created a smooth, pleasant experience. They called our insurance company and transferred our policy to the new car. They called Florida to get the transfer fees. They got the car ready and we were headed home in 4 1/2 hours from the time we entered the dealership. They even fed us lunch. All in all, it was as enjoyable as buying a new car can be. More

It is a true plesure working with Bloomfield BMW especially Craig!!!! I often had electrical problems with my car, but all the issues very solved in timely fashion.
