He made the experience of buying a car stress-free, comforting and comical. He was patient and thorough when it came to all of my questions. He walked through all of my options when it came to financing and lease options, listened to my wants and needs from what I was looking for in a BMW, and more importantly, wasnt just trying to upsell me without a care. Will definitely recommend this dealership and have my recommendation definitely see Andre. More

Very Disappointed! Leased a new 2019 from this location not even a month ago and already having problems with loud ticking.clicking and rattling noises while driving and Leased a new 2019 from this location not even a month ago and already having problems with loud ticking.clicking and rattling noises while driving and sunroof does not open they want to give me a loaner car appointment for JULY 30TH today is only JULY 2ND. They do not care how you feel or what is going on. Spoke with Kathy and Mike from Service and both told me I would have to wait until the end of the month in order to get my issue looked at. Coming from my selling dealer this is not acceptable in any way shape or form. I really wish I had not leased my vehicle from this location. I called up Tenafly BMW and they gladly said they will take me in and I did not even buy my car from them! Guys safe yourself the headache and do not buy or lease from BMW of Bloomfield! They all very nice and friendly until you drive off the lot trust me! More
