Awful dealership - no respect for my time or my wifes time. I set up an appointment for Saturday to see the new M2 and trade my M2 in. Washed my car and drove to dealer (over bridge/tolls/ 80 miles round time. I set up an appointment for Saturday to see the new M2 and trade my M2 in. Washed my car and drove to dealer (over bridge/tolls/ 80 miles round trip). I asked more than 3 times if I would be allowed to test drive the car. Everyone said yes. When I got to the dealership they would not let me test drive the car. I have owned 6 BMW's and have never been treated so poorly. I called as I was on the road to the dealer to confirm one last time that I could drive the car - they said yes. What a terrible experience. I would not recommend this dealership and I would NEVER buy a car from them after their total disregard for my time. More
