Staff called me approximately 30 days ago to inquire about my end of lease options. I explained that I extended my lease for an additional two months while I decided on another BMW model. Unfortunately, about my end of lease options. I explained that I extended my lease for an additional two months while I decided on another BMW model. Unfortunately, the person that called me couldn't answer any of my questions and insisted a salesman would return my call shortly. Well, 30 days later and no returned phone call. I have had several bad experiences with this dealership in the past; from ordering the wrong vehicle, inappropriate comments from an argumentative salesman, no returned calls and receiving unjust treatment during service visit.
