Responsive, prompt and courteous service I unfortunately hit one too many NJ potholes this past Saturday afternoon. The tire pressure indicator came on and I pulled in the nearest gas station I unfortunately hit one too many NJ potholes this past Saturday afternoon. The tire pressure indicator came on and I pulled in the nearest gas station to get air only to find a 3 inch gash in my right front tire. After a few phone calls, I reached BMW of Bloomfield and they had the run-flat replacement tire I needed. With less than 2 hours to closing, I asked if I could get in for a replacement tire if I started their way as quickly as possible. David Ferreira was my Service Advisor and was quick to welcome me. I was in and out within an hour. David could not have been more prompt or polite. My regular dealership is in Central NJ, but I will start using BMW of Bloomfield as they are more conveniently located to Jersey City and were great to work with. More

Also gave me a free car wash voucher. Good people, SA David took care of me and everyone is very nice and accommodating. Oil change price with coupon is a no brainer for having it done at the dealer.
