Bait & Switch After purchasing a used car in July 2017, I was called to schedule DUE engine oil change and sparks plugs “ that is covered under my warranty “ and wa After purchasing a used car in July 2017, I was called to schedule DUE engine oil change and sparks plugs “ that is covered under my warranty “ and was also offered a loaner. I took the day off from work to service my car and was told “sorry you were told that, we don’t have any more loaner for the day, the warranty expired a month before you purchased the car, you have another 1000+ miles before the actual due date, the cost of the spark plugs are $500+ and the oil change is $130. But we will reduce the price to $450 plus tax for the spark plugs & $99. 95 + tax for the oil change. Awesome job Hilario. More
