They have no idea how tire warranties work My appointment was for 3:30. I came in on time. It took a full hour of intake for the car to be ready for the mechanic. I came in with signal lamp iss My appointment was for 3:30. I came in on time. It took a full hour of intake for the car to be ready for the mechanic. I came in with signal lamp issues and a nail in a Run-on-Flat tire as priority for the visit. Having previously dealt with manufacturer's warranty for tires, I know how it works. Gina said BMW is not an authorized dealer for Pirelli tires which is hogwash because they come with the car. Pirelli confirmed that BMW is authorized. She told me I'd have to pay for the tire first because I didn't buy tire and wheel from BMW, I didn't buy the car (certified and only 5 mos ago) there, and because I don't have a receipt for the tire. This is complete NONSENSE. Which BMW I purchased the car from has nothing to do with Pirelli's warranty. Gina said that I'd have to pay for the tire and then I'd have to mail in and "SEE if there's a warranty". No, that's not how that works. First, authorized dealers, which they are, should know and understand the warranty for the tires they sell and respresent as they are sold ON THE CAR. This warranty is included on ALL Pirelli ROF tires standard. Second, I'm not supposed to do the leg work for the warranty. That's their job and authority as licensed mechanics to determine if the tire is damaged and how. They have to send the tire to Pirelli. No customer should be shelling out any money on a 'Let's SEE if we can honor the warranty' basis. Third, it's this location's CHOICE to require payment up front for warranty processing. Contrary to Gina's understanding, the customer does NOT received a refund from Pirelli. The dealer does because Pirelli does not distinguish between dealers and assumes the dealer didn't charge the customer because they don't have to. BMW would have to issue a refund. The next day when I spoke to Pirelli, they said they're confused and that they'd like to talk to them directly with me on the phone and asked me to do a 3-way call. I called Gina at her desk and then on her cellular. She declined the call and then text me that she'd call me shortly. Pirelli asked me to call them when she calls me. She never called. Finishing a sentence with this place is 3-dimensional chess. They do not return phone calls or texts. I sent a text asking for the signal lamp to be replaced through the text service. Nobody responded. When she came into the lounge with the estimate, I asked if they'd replaced the lamp like I asked in the text. She said she hadn't read it. I told her I wasn't surprised as the reps there never answer through the service. Gina said she's been there 5 years and they definitely do use it. I showed her 2 years of text history from 2016 that they have not once replied. She said if it had been her, she would've answered. I hope the irony hit her because I was too tired to point it out. By this time, I'd been there 4 hrs. I will never again be a sit-and-wait for any other service advisor but Hilario who is an angel fallen from heaven and is probably stuck here waiting for his wing to be fixed as a sit-and-wait. More

Tiffany from management is the worst when it came to getting a loaner car, never returned my phone calls and didn’t care that I had absolutely no means of transportation. They tried to include several hours of labor for work that was not done because the insurance company didn’t match their exact labor rates. Worked on my car for 4 days and was given my car back with grease all over the sides and hood of the car, the least they could have done was washed the car, which is standard for any car getting serviced. I will most definitely be taking my service to BMW of Springfield where customer service standards are by far on another level than Bloomfield. More
