Excellent Service Department I had a tire blow-out on my way to work which put a damper on my morning drive, but the bad news ended there. I requested to be towed to Bloomfield B I had a tire blow-out on my way to work which put a damper on my morning drive, but the bad news ended there. I requested to be towed to Bloomfield BMW to have the tire replaced and got there just before the Service Department opened. I was greeted by a receptionist who was helpful and courteous. She directed me to David Ferreira, a service consultant who immediately took my information and arranged for the tire to be replaced. David coordinated the tire replacement and had me on my way in quick time. I had a very favorable impression of the service team at Bloomfield BMW. They were courteous, professional and thorough. I was expecting some issues because I was just a "walk-in", but was pleasantly surprised by the great experience that I had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you! Joe More
