Good dealership but not great. Got a fair but not great price but a below average trade in on my car, almost 1000 lower than other bmw dealers I checked so I wasn’t happy. Only reason I bought was they had the color My wife wanted with options I wanted in a used 535i. Car is great so far. They also charged $200 for ‘Nitrogen’ in the tires. BMW should be embarrassed dealerships do this - Air is nearly 78% nitrogen. Finance person David was awesome though for which I gave 4 stars instead of 3. Salesperson Bobby was great too. I would have given 5 stars if they matched the trade in offer I got in writing from another bmw dealer. Tiny scratches etc on the car but not very noticeable so didn’t care too much - I know it’s not new. More

I was able to receive my new BMW without any delay When I first came in I dealt with Alex who worked near the front he was very helpful and descriptive on what it would cost me to get my new BMW 540i M When I first came in I dealt with Alex who worked near the front he was very helpful and descriptive on what it would cost me to get my new BMW 540i M sport with all the packages I wanted he was able to locate the BMW on a ship and told me when it would arrive and was very helpful through the whole procedure. Great Service, terrible prices!!! Service got me in the door at 4:25 and out by 5:15. Came in for a tire replacement. Price was $491 all in.
