worst experience every time I made an appointment for service for an oil change and to fix a valve on the front tire that had popped off when trying to fill the air. When gettin I made an appointment for service for an oil change and to fix a valve on the front tire that had popped off when trying to fill the air. When getting there I was told the entire process (including car wash) would take about an hour and a half. After almost two hours of sitting there I was told that there was a nail in my back left tire and it needed to be fixed “immediately.” On the way there, there was no indication I had any issue with my back left tire. He told me it would be $279 and it needed to be done now because the tire was “actively leaking.” When I asked what my options were I was told the only option was to get a new tire because it was so close to the rim it was impossible to fix. Due to hearing recent things about bmw I didn’t feel comfortable. I said asked about sealing it. I mentioned taking it somewhere else and he said it wouldn’t matter because it was too close and either way a new tire was needed. I decided to take my car to SAMS Club in Secaucus which is about 12 miles away. Before leaving BMW I was told that it was unsafe to try and I may not even make it a few miles. They didn’t have “time” to give a car wash (Every time i have gone there is never time for a car wash) and handed me my car back with the valve glued back on and the oil done. Sams club took my car in and I was able to fix it,free of charge. I was told it only needed to be sealed and it was an easy fix, not tire needed. Not everyone will take the risk I did to get a second opinion. When I am paying so much for the car I expect to at least get honest customer service when coming for easy fix ups. Not everyone can afford $279 and shouldn’t be told it is their only option. We ask our cops to honest, our teachers to work hard, our judges to make the right decisions. We should expect the same from every working citizen. The mechanic shouldn’t be the doctor's office, I shouldn’t have to get a second opinion. Also a seal up is very cheap and would at least keep a happy customer. I am disappointed in bmw’s dishonesty and the way they conduct business. Being a woman doesn’t mean I should be cheated because it is expected I would know nothing. More

In the end, horrible!. My car was returned to me with damage to the rear of the vehicle (it was clearly hit or backed in to another vehicle while in their possession), and m My car was returned to me with damage to the rear of the vehicle (it was clearly hit or backed in to another vehicle while in their possession), and missing the cover to the diagnostic outlet inside my car. And as of today March 22, 2018 the problems have not been addressed. More

I expected a lot more from a high end dealership I was very surprised with the horrible experience I had with BMW. My vehicle was brought in for servicing on a Wednesday and a loaner car was not ava I was very surprised with the horrible experience I had with BMW. My vehicle was brought in for servicing on a Wednesday and a loaner car was not available, as usual for this dealership. I didn't have my car for almost 1 week and had no choice but to borrow a friend's car. I spoke with Hilario on the day my car was dropped off and again the day it was picked up. I reached out via text throughout the week it was in the shop and was lucky if I received a response. I also called twice and never received a call back from him or anyone! The receptionist was nice enough and checked on the status of my car, but after picking it up, I came to find out that I was lied to. I was told that my car was currently at the car wash, would be back in 20 minutes and I would receive a call from Hilario letting me know if was ready for pickup soon. I didn't get a call for more than an hour, and when I picked it up, it had NOT been washed, but there was a voucher for a free car wash. When Hilario did call I asked for a breakdown of the pricing; I was told everything except for the $29.95 serving charge. Not sure of this is new or maybe I never noticed, but I should have been informed of this prior to my car being worked on, or at the very least during this call. It would have been nice to receive updates on my vehicle, responses to my texts and returns calls! I am VERY disappointed to say the least in the service I received. I have owned BMW vehicles for over 15 years, have purchased from this location and typically have received decent service. More

Unfortunate flat tire William Dasilva and the rest of staff at BMW of Blooomfield accommodated myself and family for an unfortunate flat tire experienced yesterday. It was William Dasilva and the rest of staff at BMW of Blooomfield accommodated myself and family for an unfortunate flat tire experienced yesterday. It was obviously unscheduled but William took initiative to get my car in as fast as possible and got the work done prior to the time requested. For all his efforts I want to command William for the excellence in customer service and make a note that he truly understands what it takes to service luxury clients.
