Also, when I got my car back, I noticed 3 of my tire caps were missing. I called the dealership a few days after and haven’t received a call back in regards to the voicemail I left. Bad beginning and wonderful ending I looked at the website of this dealership and they had the car I was interested. I sent the email and received quickly their responses . Two major staff members who sent me an emails were Sergio Ruben and Chris Chang. I received daily 2-3 emails from them but ....... when I replied to them my emails bounced back daily. My advice to this dealership - please improve your online contact with your future potential client. At this point, I went the old way and I called by phone. I spoke with the salesman Tony Mancuso . From this point my experience was wonderful. We exchanged our emails, the entire deal was done via internet and only few phone calls were made. Tony got me a deal I wanted and he was truly all the way a gentleman. This dealership is located in a very busy area , parking spaces very limited, busy and tight parking. More
