DAMAGED MY CAR SMH I had a very bad experience on Mar 15. I took my car there to get some work done in the beginning of Feb. I didn't get my car back until mid Mar. When I had a very bad experience on Mar 15. I took my car there to get some work done in the beginning of Feb. I didn't get my car back until mid Mar. When I picked up my car it will filthy. I have a portable ash tray, someone spilled the ashes all over the cup holder. Usually the car is washed when I pick up this time it wasn't. Also someone had to be driving the car. I dropped my car off with quarter tank of gas. The mileage on the check in and check out paper shows a 9 mile different. However the mileage I showed the manager is 100 miles over the check in mileage. Also, when I picked up the car it was a half of tank. The last straw was when I went to get a car wash I noticed a huge scratch on the right side of the bumper and right panel. This made me "IRATE" I immediately return my car back after seeing the damaged. They viewed the pictures when I dropped the car off in Feb. and didn't see the damaged. The manager stated he will need to speak with the Director before making a decision. If you drop your car off here take pictures before leaving your car. If this issue is not addressed correct I will be taking legal action. The David Ferreira is provides me with great service however someone one drop the ball. More

my first BMW buying an expensive car is always a tough decision. with many car options, and paying for two kids in college, makes it extremely stressful. after sea buying an expensive car is always a tough decision. with many car options, and paying for two kids in college, makes it extremely stressful. after searching the internet and narrowing down my decision to an vehicle that wouldn't bury me in debt, I headed out to BMW of Bloomfield. I was greeted by Sam Shehata, who was friendly, knowledgeable and far from pushy. Sam recognized a potential sale, but more importantly, he was able to read my reluctance in locking myself into a car that price could potentially be too heavy. After a test ride, on a Saturday, a return trip on Monday, i left the dealership as a proud owner of my first BMW. Sam and staff were reactive to my needs, obtained the best percentage rate available, and answered my questions honestly and openly. the following day i received numerous follow up text, phone calls and request for surveys. So far, So Good. Thanks Sam and Bloomfield BMW for making my buying experience a positive experience. I worked with Sam, who was patient with me while I went back and forth between the 3 series and 4 series. Not satisfied with the selection on their lot, Sam found me a 4 series with my exact specifications at a nearby dealership and had the car delivered quickly. When it came time to discuss price little negotiations were needed. They offered me a great deal for my trade-in right from the start, while other dealerships were starting extremely low and forcing me to negotiate. They found every incentive possible on the new car and offered a reasonable price. Without prompt, Michael, the manager, introduced himself and after a few minutes of conversation offered an even lower price. This won't be the last car I buy from BMW of Bloomfield. More
