Jenn gave me instructions as to how to get the buy out value on MY car and I gave her my financial perameters and the deal was done over the phone. I picked up my car two days later as it was transported from another dealership, signed the papers and drove away. She then arranged for someone to come to my home and show me how to use all of the luxurious benefits on my car!! She went the EXTRA MILE in every way!
