For the most part the experience was good. However I noticed that some customers received different treatment from others. For example I was sent a text my vehicle was ready for pick up while However I noticed that some customers received different treatment from others. For example I was sent a text my vehicle was ready for pick up while I saw other customers were notified in person . Then when I was told my vehicle was ready it was actually not ready. It was still being washed so instead of telling me to wait inside the waiting area I was told to wait outside for an additional 15-20 minutes. While I see another customer was told that their car was being washed and the advisor would come and get them when their car was finished and to wait in the waiting area. More
Performed work as said and estimated time to complete work was fulfilled. Your carwash team needs a lot of improvement. It’s still a very sloppy job. Cars are not washed properly.
